The new Miss Rhode Island USA 2013 is Brittany Stenovitch, 19. The new Miss Rhode Island Teen USA 2013 is Elaine Collado, 17. Both women were crowned on September 9th at the Rhode Island Center for the Performing Arts. Stenovitch was crowned by predecessor, Olivia Culpo, who is the current Miss USA.
