Ruqayyah Boyer has been crowned Miss Guyana Universe 2012 by Leila Lopes (Miss Universe 2011) who was a special guest at the Miss Universe Guyana 2012 beauty pageant which was held at the Princess Hotel on Saturday night, September 15th. Boyer will compete in Miss Universe 2012 to be held in December in a venue that is still to be announced.
