When I was in 7th grade, there was a modeling camp in my local community; my mom wanted me to be a part of it. I did it and loved it; that led me to enter my first pageant “Miss Independence” (a local pageant with a large group of girls in my community) and I won. The rest is history.
Give three adjectives that your friends would describe you.
Quirky. Driven. Sweet.
What do you see when you look in the mirror?
I see a lucky girl who has been very blessed.
How do you measure success?
Honestly success is about giving whatever it is you’re passionate about 110% and ALWAYS being who YOU are, and not who you think you should be. To me, that is success-- no matter the outcome.
I actually like criticism, as long as it’s constructive. I am very confident in who I am, but I am always looking to improve and become a better version of myself. So I’d say I can handle it pretty well.
I have always been fascinated with Zebras. I think they are such BEAUTIFUL animals.
It takes a lot to annoy me; however, mean people are my huge pet peeve. Is it that hard to be nice? I also hate clutter and overly persistent Facebook users. LOL!
Drugs. Hands down. They have never been tempting to me in any way.
Survivor!
True or False: People who are attractive tend to be more successful.
Looks have nothing to do with your drive to success. It may just be an added bonus!
This is the most cliché answer but I honestly want world peace! It would be amazing if the entire world were actually at peace and everyone could live happily.
Do you have a problem saying "no"?
It doesn’t have to be elaborate but a nice candlelit dinner, good conversation, with delicious food and most importantly a great dessert.
Your craziest or funniest tweet so far.
Sometimes I forget to tweet. But I would say last weekend when I tweeted a picture of Harry Styles and me at Sundance. His fans went crazy!
It’s something I have dreamed about before I can remember. Representing the United States and empowering women to become the best they can be, and to achieve their dreams - that would mean the world to me.
