The new Miss World Venezuela 2013 is Karen Andrea Soto Lugo, 21, representing Zulia, who was crowned in Caracas on August 10. She will represent Venezuela in Miss World 2013 in Jakarta, Indonesia, on September 28. The 1st runner-up is Yuly Angarita (right, Miss Amazonas) and the 2nd runner-up is Andrea Escobar (left, Miss Yaracuy).
