Karina Ramos, a 20 year-old student of Public Relations, was crowned Miss Costa Rica 2014 last night at Teletica's Marco Picado Studio in San Jose. She will represent her country in Miss Universe 2014 later this year. Runners-up for the Miss Costa Rica 2014 title were Carolina Rodríguez, 24, and Carolina Arias, 24.
