Alejandra Argudo, 21, was crowned Miss Ecuador 2014 on March 15. She will compete in Miss Universe 2014 whose date and venue have not yet been confirmed. Argudo succeeds Constanza Baez who placed second runner-up in Miss Universe 2013 held in Moscow last November. Ecuador has never won the Miss Universe crown. Could Alejandra be the first Ecuadorian to bring it home?
